  • Engage in supported preparation alongside sponsors, employers, and learning partners starting in February, extending through March 2024, fostering your growth for 2 months.

Inspiring Leaders 2024

We are starting our program for senior leaders in Northern New Mexico, in 2024. 
Enrollment open until February 15, 2023

Aim: creating a safe, inspiring space for future leaders in Northern NM to develop leadership skills while working collaboratively, supported by mentorship and networking.
What: A 8-month program, February 2024 to September 2024. 2 months of customized preparation plus 6 months in-person meetings.
How: Two 4-hour in-person monthly meetings with customized online modules in-between, geared to participants’ specific interests/requirements.
When: 7:30am -12pm, two Fridays of each month, from April to September inclusive.
Where: Bataan Hall, 120 Civic Plaza Drive, Taos, NM.
Fee: $1500 p.p. Limited number of partial scholarships available. Enroll here

Attendance Requirement: No more than TWO absences are allowed for certification.

In-person Practicum

Experience a 4-hour interactive cohort meeting focused on the practical application of leadership skills and ideas within your own work environment.

These modules are specifically tailored to address your unique interests and requirements, including focus groups, in-house projects, cross-sector community teams, and other relevant topics that will enhance your leadership development in real-world situations.

Between sessions, you will have the opportunity to put into practice the new ideas and skills learned during the first meeting, preparing you for even greater success in the program. In the second meeting, you will engage in meaningful reflection, ask insightful questions, and collaborate with fellow leaders to explore opportunities for improvement and change. Sponsor Involvement

To maximize the benefits of the intensive from April to September, we offer a guided preparation during February and March, when you will

  • Define desired outcomes with your sponsor/employer
  • Create a learning contract to ensure commitment to shared goals.

Inspiring Leaders Facilitators will meet once a month with the C-Suite sponsor to keep you informed, to enable customization, and to listen to developing needs.
