What We Offer
New Mexico Business Excellence, a 501(c)3 non-profit, invites you to join us for our eight month process specifically designed for senior leaders in Northern New Mexico.
We are building an integrated team of senior leaders from the business, non-profit, educational, and governmental sectors to address internal organizational needs and leverage shared resources to positively impact growth and change across the region.
8-month program, split into two sections
2 months of customized preparation followed by
6 months in-person meetings.

2-month guided preparation, in February & March 2024
To maximize the benefits of the intensive from April to September, we offer a guided preparation when you will:
Work with your sponsor &/or employer to formulate desired outcomes.
Meet with your learning partner to agree on meeting times, commit to mutual support, and build trust for working together during the April to September intensive.
Agree to a learning contract for the program.
6 month in-person experience, beginning April 2024
Between April and September 2024, we will meet twice monthly.
Session 1: 4-hour introduction to core leadership ideas and practices
Session 2: 4-hour real-world application of leadership skills and ideas as applied to participants’ actual work situations.
